We offer a portfolio of workshops for people to realize their potential as the source of commitment, growth and innovation for their organization. Workshops are essentially managed conversations that take shape based on the concerns and passions of the team. Our facilitators bring awareness to the pervasive culture of the team: the assumptions, beliefs and habits that limit our thinking. We invite teams to explore what is possible when we challenge those assumptions. Then, paths are designed by the team to reach co-authored visions. What was improbable is suddenly doable.
How it works
We work with teams to promote the incubation and exchange of ideas using brand new ways of thinking and communicating. We mix group discussion, questionnaires, lecture, team problem solving and individual coaching to create experiential learning and lively conversation that stays focused on your actual business. Our approach draws from behavioral science, Socratic questioning, positive psychology and cognitive theory.
