Fishbird asks: what is the point of the work that you do? Your answer is the source of breakthrough.

Fishbird On Point

In our 1 day workshop your team reinvents a specific area of business. Expanding on the skills learned in the original Fishbird workshop, you target a process, operation, or strategy whose reinvention will make a dramatic difference for the organization and those it serves. Two things happen. Your bold visions for the targeted area become workable plans for action. At the same time, the triggers of innovation become visible and accessible to you.

During our workshop your team applies the original Fishbird process to a specific area of business that demonstrates your Core Purpose. Through group discussion, your team comes to alignment around a target project you all want to pursue. Once the target project is selected, our facilitators introduce ways to expand creative thinking and build powerful teams. Your team breaks into pods where you put aside critical thinking and allow for a creative flow of ideas — experiencing collaboration as a tool to expand possibilities and understanding the value of diversity when problem solving.

Many new ideas are generated and as a team you determine next steps for your target project. Your Core Purpose is experienced as a source of personal inspiration and a tool for team alignment. Everyone that participates walks away with new methods to generate creative thinking that can be applied to all areas of business.

Core Purpose

The Core Purpose is what your team stands for in a bold and memorable statement. It’s your team’s compass for making decisions and staying focused on the big picture: the future you’re committed to make happen.
